By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jii7 platform at jii7.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies incorporated by reference herein. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and jii7 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not accept all of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have created. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use a jii7 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling under PAGCOR regulations is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced through our KYC process and there are no exceptions.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such person of jii7 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment service providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from jii7 or subject to any self-exclusion order from PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

Each individual may register only one (1) jii7 account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jii7 uses automated and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying jii7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

jii7 will never ask for your password by live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jii7 support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement applicable to all jii7 accounts. No real-money wagering or withdrawal activity may be conducted on an account until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identity document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or voter's ID) clearly displaying your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) dated within the last three months, where required;
• Source of funds documentation at the discretion of the jii7 compliance team, particularly for high-volume accounts.

jii7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with PAGCOR AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Deposits: jii7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Deposits are credited to the jii7 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jii7 does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own legal name, consistent with the KYC documentation on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

jii7 processes standard withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

jii7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending satisfactory completion of such checks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

jii7 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to eligible players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically from the player's account.
• Abuse: jii7 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of manipulation designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Specific promotions may be restricted to players in particular VIP tiers, geographic locations, or game categories.

jii7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their participation.

All games available on the jii7 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and FC Gaming. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

All slot games, RNG table games, and bingo outcomes on the jii7 platform are determined by certified, independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are the certified rates published by the respective game provider. jii7 does not alter or adjust RTP settings for individual players or player segments.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, jii7's policy is as follows:

• jii7 is not responsible for losses resulting from the player's own internet connection failures or device issues.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jii7 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account, whether under your own identity or under any other identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account credentials;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided;
• Engaging in charge-backs, disputed transactions, or payment fraud in connection with jii7 deposits;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

jii7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, jii7 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the player from the account dashboard. Once set, limits may only be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Configurable thresholds that automatically restrict gameplay when a specified net loss amount is reached within the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders displayed at player-defined intervals during active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. The account is inaccessible for the full duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent, irrevocable self-exclusion available at any time from the account settings. Self-excluded players may not re-register during the exclusion period. Lifetime self-exclusion requests are processed with no waiting period.

jii7 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. Players who have self-excluded through PAGCOR's program are ineligible to hold a jii7 account.

jii7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where jii7 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false KYC documentation or is not who they claim to be;
• The account is subject to a player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The account is a duplicate of an existing registered account;
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• jii7 is required to do so by a PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jii7 will endeavour to notify the account holder within a reasonable time, subject to any legal restrictions on such notification. Legitimate funds in a suspended account will be retained securely pending resolution of the matter. jii7 will not be liable for any losses arising from an account suspension carried out in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jii7's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jii7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings or expected winnings;
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity;
• Damages resulting from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond jii7's reasonable control;
• Third-party actions, including payment processor errors or delays.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jii7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jii7 processes player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and jii7's Privacy Policy, available at jii7.org/privacy-policy. By registering a jii7 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jii7 collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC);
• PAGCOR compliance and AML reporting obligations;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and related financial transactions;
• Customer support and dispute resolution;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and enforcement.

jii7 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processors solely to the extent required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

All content on the jii7 Platform — including but not limited to the jii7 name, logo, trade marks, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of jii7 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jii7 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use jii7's brand name, trade marks, or logos for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

jii7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice displayed on the jii7 Platform and/or via the email address or mobile number registered on the player's account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the jii7 Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Pending balances at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jii7, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jii7's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact jii7 support to initiate a formal complaint. jii7 will acknowledge formal complaints within three (3) business days and aim to provide a full response within fifteen (15) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the competent regulatory authority. If regulatory resolution is unavailable or unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
